1/2 Year Anniversary!

David & I were so excited to be able to celebrate our 1/2 year Anniversary on January 23rd!! David brought home a beautiful flower arrangement, I made a delicious cherry-chocolate cake and we treated ourselves to a fabulous dinner at Gratzi!! Gratzi is a very fancy restaurant in Ann Arbor on Main Street, in the vain of a really nice DePalma's in Athens. Literally, we could not even believe that it's been 6 months since our wedding...but we have been having a blast so far!





A few weeks ago we were able to visit David's parents in Lansing. They babysat Hudson while we went with Scott, Karri & Kyan to the New Horizons Holiday Party. Unfortunately we did not come home with the plasma screen TV, Xbox360, or the ipod nano...but we did enjoy dressing up and a yummy free dinner :)

It's actually been quite warm here. We've had no snow stick since we came back from Winter Break! Although, it snowed a few inches last night and the temperature has dropped considerably today for the Super Bowl. Thank you Punxsutawney Phil, who predicted 6 more weeks of winter for us! Actually, we've missed the snow- I mean, if we're going to live in Michigan, we at least want to have some snow on the ground!

That's pretty much all that's going on here. We've got TONS of trips planned for this semester, so we'll be sure to keep everyone updated...
